Competition Format
Round 1
30 Call Centers/BPO's/KPO's will be divided into 5 Groups (6 call center's/BPO's/KPO's in each).
They will then compete against
each other in group polls and the 3 call center's/BPO's/KPO's
from each group with the highest votes will move onto Round 2.
Round 2
The Top 15 (Top 3 from each from group in Round 1) will be reassembled
into 3 groups with 5 Call Centers/BPO's/KPO's in each. The Top 2 from
each of the 2 groups will move onto to Round 3.
Round 3
Round 3 is the final and decisive round of the competition. The Top 6
call center's/BPO's/KPO's will compete in a single
poll where the winner, 1st runner up and 2nd runner up of the
competition will be decided based on the votes.
