Competition Format


Round 1

30 Call Centers/BPO's/KPO's will be divided into 5 Groups (6 call center's/BPO's/KPO's in each). They will then compete against each other in group polls and the 3 call center's/BPO's/KPO's from each group with the highest votes will move onto Round 2. 

Round 2
The Top 15 (Top 3 from each from group in Round 1) will be reassembled into 3 groups with 5 Call Centers/BPO's/KPO's in each. The Top 2 from each of the 2 groups will move onto to Round 3.

Round 3
Round 3 is the final and decisive round of the competition. The Top 6 call center's/BPO's/KPO's will compete in a single poll where the winner, 1st runner up and 2nd runner up of the competition will be decided based on the votes.

 
Voting Medium :
Internet (Round 1 & Round 2 - 100%) (Round 3 -50%)
SMS (No SMS voting in Round 1 & Round 2) (Round 3 - 50%)

Round 1
6 points will be awarded to the call center/BPO/KPO topping the Internet voting in each group, 5 to the 2nd, 4 to the 3rd and so on.

Round 2
5 points will be awarded to the call center/BPO/KPO topping the Internet voting in each group, 4 to the 2nd, 3 to the 3rd and so on.

Round 3
6 points will be awarded to the call center/BPO/KPO topping the Internet voting in each group, 5 to the 2nd, 4 to the 3rd and so on. Similarly 6 points will be awarded to the call center/BPO/KPO topping the SMS voting in each group, 5 to the 2nd, 4 to the 3rd and so on.

Since SMS & Internet are at equal par in Round 3, the combination of points will result in the selection of the feventual winner. In the event of a tie, a 'one week' long tie-breaker voting system will be set up to decide the finalist.
